Week 1: Taking Stock

  • See your patterns through a compassionate, non-judgemental lens

  • Notice the coping strategies and strengths that have carried you here

  • Begin reconnecting with your North Star, the deeper reason you’re drawn to this work

Week 2: Understanding Your Patterns

  • Explore where certain reactions and beliefs first began

  • Experience age-regression hypnosis to revisit key moments safely

  • Begin replacing self-blame with compassion and understanding

Week 3: Choosing Differently

  • Notice how old patterns show up in everyday situations

  • Learn simple self-regulation tools to support your nervous system

  • Experience new responses that feel safe and natural in your body

Week 4: Grounding & Moving Forward

  • Deepen your sense of grounding and inner stability

  • Strengthen your ability to return to safety in your body

  • Connect with the part of you that already holds clarity and support

Week 5: Integration & Self-Love

  • Experience a guided hypnosis focused on self-acceptance and compassion

  • Integrate what has shifted during the journey

  • Create a simple physical anchor to return to when life feels overwhelming

Week 6: Community - Women’s Circle

  • Gather in a supportive women’s circle to share and reflect

  • Experience the power of being seen and witnessed without fixing

  • Honour who you are becoming and how you want to move forward

Meet your guide

Welcome, my name is Lou.

Before I began this work, I lived in survival mode for years while still appearing “fine” on the outside. My body eventually began speaking louder through unexplained pain and overwhelm. That was the moment I realised I couldn’t keep overriding what my body was asking for.

This work comes from lived experience, years of guiding women, and my own journey of learning to listen to my body.

I work with women who are emotionally intelligent, self-aware, and sensitive, yet tired of understanding their patterns without feeling able to shift them.

My work brings together body-led listening, hypnosis, nervous system awareness, and soul-level exploration.

I’ve spent years supporting women in group and one-on-one settings through moments of remembering, regulation, and deep inner change.

I don’t believe in forcing breakthroughs or fixing people. I believe the body already knows, and when it feels safe enough, it remembers.

I’ll walk this journey alongside you, holding the container, guiding the process, and trusting your body to lead what is ready.

  • 6 live group sessions (75 minutes each).

  • All recordings available after the live session.

  • Community space between sessions.

Payment plan available: 3 weekly payments of $122

What if I can’t attend every live session?
All sessions are recorded, so you can revisit them anytime or catch up if life gets busy.

What if hypnosis doesn’t work for me?
Most people experience hypnosis as a deeply relaxed state. You remain aware and in control the entire time.

What if I become emotional during the sessions?
Emotions are welcome here. You are always guided gently and supported throughout the process.

What if I’ve already done a lot of healing work?
Many women who join are already very self-aware. This journey focuses on working with the body, where deeper shifts often happen.

What if I’m not sure yet but feel curious?
That curiosity is often the first signal that something inside you is ready to explore further.
